JST's LEB Series board-to-board and wire-to-board crimp-style disconnectable connectors are suitable for low-profile LED light bar applications. The subminiature connectors offer reliable contact construction for low-current, low-voltage conditions. LEB connectors have a 4.0-mm (0.157-in) pitch and a mated side-entry height of 2.65 mm (0.104 in) to prevent interference with the luminescence angle of printed circuit board-mounted LEDs. Polarized connectors incorporate a friction locking feature to prevent accidental disconnection. Molded in a RoHS-compliant 94V0 9T nylon resin, the series is rated 3 A ac/dc at 300 V ac and is available with one and two circuits. Temperature range is -55 to +105°C (-67 to +221°F). Contacts are made of tin-plated, copper alloy base material and are offered on standard-size reels for semi- or fully automatic application tooling.
