Synchronous Aerospace Group acquires Weaver Manufacturing

Synchronous Aerospace Group, a Santa Ana, CA-based provider of machined metal and composite parts as well as kits and assemblies to the global aerospace industry, has acquired Weaver Manufacturing Inc., a provider of precision machining and assemblies of structural parts to the commercial, military, and general aviation aircraft industries. Weaver, founded in 1942 and based in Wichita, KS, specializes in the precision machining and assembly of aluminum and titanium mission-critical and large-format parts for global aerospace manufacturers and Tier 1 suppliers.
