Maxima Technologies & Systems' Vertical Color Display-1 (VCD-1) offers improved screen resolution and readability with protected electronics. The compact, vertically oriented display is 7.4 x 4.3 x 2.7 in (188 x 110 x 69 mm) and weighs 0.7 lb (0.3 kg), making it suitable when line of sight is crucial on construction equipment applications such as excavators and lift trucks. The VCD-1 features sealed push buttons and a thin-film transistor screen with 272 x 480 resolution, 262k colors, and sunlight visibility. LED backlighting improves indicator readability; an anti-reflective glass lens with optional anti-fog coating is standard. Configurable outputs include output to the drive buzzer and input to the drive relay, ignition, and battery. The VCD-1 is impervious to vibration and salt spray and can operate from -20 to +70°C (-4 to +158°F).
