Updated Topcon Positioning Systems’ (TPS) SurveyMaster software suites—SurveyMaster and SurveyMaster Lite versions 1.3.1—were designed to provide control of critical data flow from data collection, raw file analysis, and engineering design to final print. SurveyMaster Lite contains land survey-specific functionality as well as a CAD drafting engine. Provided Cogo, drafting tools, survey data editors and adjustments, and contouring can render a complicated multisurface construction job site with roads, utilities, machine control, and buildings. Version 1.3.1 improves the support and representation of field data using Topcon field software. Features include a program attribute library containing attribute definitions for points, lines, and polygon areas; revised survey code attribute definitions; improved file support and import/export of files; and updated survey code interface and format.
