A die-cast aluminum enclosure from Bud Industries provides electromagnetic interference/RF interference protection and an IP67/NEMA 4X waterproof seal. The ANS Series enclosure has a double-channel sealing system with a continuous gasket around the perimeter and a second gasket made of one-piece silicone that seals out dust and moisture. Screws outside the sealing area ensure a tight seal and adherence to the IP67 waterproof standard. ADC-12 aluminum with 0.098-in-thick construction provides strength and rigidity yet low weight and cost. Sizes range from 2.83 x 2.64 x 1.53 in to 9.45 x 6.30 x 3.35 in. Applications include solar, medical, military, avionics, industrial, and instrumentation.
