Compact e-coating system

The mikroKote system from MetoKote is a compact, modular e-coating system that allows manufacturers of small- to medium-sized parts to e-coat them without the space, investment, and operational concerns associated with traditional coating methods. The system includes optional wastewater treatment and features a footprint of 2000 ft² (200 m²). The system and part conveyor can be custom-designed to accommodate a facility's existing layout and available floor space. It can fit against a wall, around a corner, or on a mezzanine level. Using external coating services can mean additional days of work-in-process inventory; mikroKote eliminates this problem by putting the e-coat system at or near the end of the production line. Rather than parts being packaged and staged for shipping, they immediately go to coating.
