Crystek’s CVCO55FLM voltage-controlled oscillators have an extra modulation port for transmitter applications. The port has a negative slope and a typical modulation sensitivity of -20 kHz/V. It operates from 172 to 210 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.2 to 4.8 V. Typical phase noise is -119 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset, and output power is typically 0 dBm. The device is packaged in a 0.5 x 0.5-in SMD package.
