High-productivity cutting end mills from Emuge address a range of applications and can perform complex 3-D machining as well as roughing and prefinishing operations. The devices build on the design of the Multi-Jet Cut end mills, which permit rapid removal of a range of materials. The end mills are made from micro-grain carbide and offer increased reliability and efficient chip evacuation for maximum cutting performance and tool life. Cutting tool technologies include variable pitch and flute spacing to minimize vibrations, even at high speeds and substantial cutting depths. The units range in diameter from 1 to 20 mm (0.4 to 0.8 in).
