TransAS 3 from Elsys Instruments is upgraded client-server-based transient recorder application software designed for use with the company's TraNET Transient Recorders and TPCX data acquisition modules. The TransAS 3 software remotely controls data acquisition equipment over 1 Gbit local area networks from any location. Features include rapid install without programming, advanced triggering to capture rare events as well as signal anomalies, and the ability to show measurement results over numerous screens. TransAS 3 software enables configuration of several data acquisition channels for various measurement tasks. Complete settings and traces related to a project can be stored and recalled, and users can work with predefined GUI-layouts and hardware configurations. An event controlled recording mode offers automatic recording without dead-time, and users can select the number of channels displayed in one graph.
