A rugged, maintenance-free single board computer from Men Micro offers display functions for harsh mobile applications and intelligent display environments including trains and other public transportation, planes, and specialty vehicles found in construction and agricultural applications. The compact SC21 measures 220 x 150 x 35 mm (8.7 x 6 x 1.4 in) to fit into display devices with LCD panels as small as 10.4 in (264 mm). The conduction-cooled SBC features backlight control prepared for a touch-screen interface and a core processor speed of 1.33 GHz with a system bus frequency of 533 MHz. The SC21 offers memory configurations with 1 GB of RAM, a MicroSD card slot, and an interface with transfer rates up to 100 MB/s to meet data-intensive requirements. The board's operating temperature is -40 to +70°C (-40 to +158°F) for normal operation.
