Horton signs agreement with R&S Promotion

Horton Inc. entered into an agreement in March with R&S Promotion in Beijing to represent the company and distribute Horton products to on- and off-highway OEMs and aftermarket segments in China. R&S Promotion provides products, research and development tools, and technical support for companies around the world. In addition to China and the U.S., Horton has sales offices in Germany, Russia, South Korea, Mexico, Brazil, and Australia.
