Designed for automotive surround vision and rear vision cameras, Sunex’s SuperFisheye lens features a 185° field of view (FOV), high resolution, and compact size. The DSL217 is optimized for sensors with megapixel resolution. When used with larger format sensors, the DSL217 will provides a full circular image with a maximum FOV of 185°. The relative aperture of F/1.8 makes the lens suitable for low-light camera applications. It also features a small form factor of about 15 mm (0.6 in) maximum diameter (aluminum barrel) and a total track of about 18 mm (0.7 in). The lens barrel is threaded M12 x 0.5 (s-mount) to fit most standard, board-level mounts. The standard lens is provided with an integrated IR cutoff coating. The DSL217 lens assembly features a sealed first element for protection from dust and water.
