Larson Electronics’ Magnalight.com adds to its range of explosion-proof and general area lighting with a line of LED lights smaller than a quarter. Drawing 30 mA and operating on 12 V, the LEDSM30 series micro LED lights offer a small footprint, bright white light, and minimal amp draw for vehicles, boats, and equipment. Designed to illuminate areas less than 5 ft2 (1.5 m2), the small form factor LED lights are suitable for courtesy lighting, instrument panel lighting, and other applications where a small bright light is needed to inspect, check, or measure various processes. Waterproof, dustproof, and ignition-proof lights are constructed from stainless steel and surface mount with a single screw. The LEDSM30 series is shaped like an eye to provide bright white light 5 ft (1.5 m) in diameter when mounted at a 3 ft (0.9 m) height.
