Aim-TTi and Saelig partnered with the TG5011 combined function arbitrary pulse generator, covering a frequency range of 1 µHz to 50 MHz. Providing sine waves with low harmonic distortion and phase noise, the TG5011 incorporates a generator mode that offers pulse width and delay independent of period. Pulse period can be set between 2000 s and 80 ns, waveform frequency up to 14 digits, and low frequencies can be set with high stability. Rise and fall times are independently variable. Arbitrary waveforms of up to 128,000 words can be generated at 14 bits vertical resolution. A front-mounted USB port enables external storage of up to 1000 waveforms. Housed in a compact casing, the TG5011 offers a set of digital modulations and incorporates a 3.6-in (91-mm) LCD panel for text and graphical information.
