Gowanda’s MLRF1010 RF inductor series is QPL approved to MIL-PRF-83446/04. The devices feature inductance of 0.01 to 27 µH, minimum quality factor of 22 to 60, and minimum series resonant frequency of 22 to 2700 MHz. Other characteristics include maximum dc resistance of 0.06 to 6.9 ohms and dc current rating of 120 to 1270 mA. The unit size is 0.100 x 0.100 in. Applications include communication, guidance, security, radar, test and evaluation, and special mission.
