The iP60-50R water-jet pump from Jet Edge has two intensifier systems. If one system should fail or require service, the second can continue operating until the pump can be shut down for service. The device produces 1.1 gal/min of ultrahigh-pressure water for precision water-jet cutting, water blasting, cleaning, and surface preparation applications. It supports orifices up to 0.15 in. It features a reliable tie-rod design with no threaded cylinder, no threaded end caps, and no threaded hydraulic cylinder, making it less prone to cracking than threaded designs. Hydraulic accumulators reduce wear on the pump. Attenuators ensure smooth pressure fluctuations and deliver a constant, steady stream of ultrahigh-pressure water to the tool, ensuring optimal cut quality.
