The M10 Pro machining center from Datron Dynamics features linear scales on all axes driven by larger motors and drives with ±5-µm position accuracy, and it operates up to 30 m/min. The center includes CNC control for three to six axes and a direct-drive, liquid-chilled, 40,000-rpm spindle using HSK-25E tool holders with <1 µm run-out. Work area is 40 x 28 in, and floor space footprint is 79 x 83 in. Added functionality includes palletized work-holding and advanced probing.
