The Woodbridge Group's WhisperTech sound-management foam components are used in vehicles to help deliver a more targeted vehicle sound profile. The WhisperTech product line is suitable for engine bay, interior, and cargo hold applications. These optimized sound-management components are engineered to absorb specific sound frequency ranges or act as a barrier between the many sources of unwanted noise around a vehicle and the passenger cabin. Manufactured from lightweight, low-cost, acoustical polyurethane, WhisperTech components can be fabricated through mechanically cut sheets or molded to surround complex geometries. Applications include acoustical components for engine beauty covers, fuel pump barriers, shock towers, hood insulators, as well as interior applications, such as carpet underlay, seatbelt retractors, rear lift insulators, and seats.
