Supplied standard with a moisture-stable, stay-flat white PPP liner, Avery Dennison’s  HPA 1902 W and HPA 1905 W feature new acrylic adhesive technology. The tapes offer an upgraded liner to tailor them to the specific needs of converters serving the OEM automotive market. HPA 1902 W and HPA 1905 W provide high temperature, chemical, UV, and humidity resistance as well as good shear strength and holding power under load. They are engineered to supply a strong bond to a variety of high- and medium-surface-energy substrates such as glass, plastic, PET, polycarbonate, and ABS. The relatively thick acrylic adhesive layer on HPA 1905 W is an additional benefit for demanding gap-filling applications. The choice of a PET liner is also offered for applications where the highest-quality die-cutting and lay-flat characteristics may be required, plus the option of double-linered PPP versions, HPA 2902 and 2905.
