Fluorotech’s Teflon and stainless steel composite diaphragm material provides the proven chemical resistance properties of Teflon with an ultrafine stainless steel cloth substrate. The thin-film material is available in thicknesses down to 0.0025 in. It displays high tensile strength, resists the creep and cold-flow problems to which ordinary Teflon material is susceptible, and provides the temperature tolerance, chemical resistance, and reliability needed for critical applications.
