The ADL945PC-LTSPREADER from Advanced Digital Logic is a lightweight spreader for the ADL945PC family of single-board computers. The spreader is suited for mass-conscious applications such as UAVs or handheld devices. Its thermal performance is greater than 98% that of the original device but with a mass savings of nearly 45%. The flat-plate mounting pattern is bolt-up compatible with other 855 and 945 class thermal interface products. This secure mounting technique allows the unit to be interfaced directly with a bulkhead in any position without risk of compromising the thermal interface to the board.
