The Mach Series of waterjet cutting machines from Flow International combines software upgrades, ultrahigh pressures rated to 94,000 psi, long-life intensifier and direct drive pumps, and three-dimensional dynamic waterjet cutting advancements. The machines consist of three product lines: the Mach 4, Mach 3, and Mach 2. The Mach 4 includes a 94,000-psi intensifier pump, dynamic XD for bevel and 3-D cutting of complex flat and nonflat parts, and FlowXpert waterjet-cutting software. The Mach 3 features the HyPlex Hybrid 60,000-psi pump, the Dynamic Waterjet cutting system, and the FlowPro intelligent control system. The Mach 2 includes the JetPlex 55,000-psi direct drive pump, the Paser ECL cutting system, and the FlowMaster intelligent control system.
