Eurotherm offers Ethernet/IP communication protocol for its EPower SCR power controller series. With six different protocols, the EPower controller covers all major industrial protocols used in the industry (CC-Link, Modbus TCP, Profibus, Modbus RTU, DeviceNet, and now Ethernet/IP). Offering a direct connection to major PLCs with Ethernet/IP, the power controller eliminates the need for third-party gateways and support for multiple protocols. Reducing network complexity and cost of operation, EPower also provides OEMs, system integrators, and end users with the protocol they need for easy integration into industrial networks. With seven different configurations and up to four channels, from single-phase to true three-phase or even four single phases, the controller can be customized.
