Spartech's Extreme Thermoplastic Olefin (TPO) sheet is available in three grades: LG (low gloss), HG (high gloss), and D (decorative). All products offer a replacement for thermoforming large fiberglass and metal parts and address the challenges of thermoforming inconsistencies on large-sheet TPOs. Features include a wider processing range, improved setups, fewer rejects, and consistent forming. Extreme TPO sheet is durable and is suitable for high-vibration applications such as agricultural and construction equipment, heavy trucks, recreation vehicles, and electric sports carts. It offers greater surface impact resistance compared to gel-coated surfaces and also withstands crazing and cracking. Sheets are chemical- and UV-resistant and can be painted and bonded using conventional primers and paints for TPOs.
