A full flange system from Parker Hannifin features a design that enables the flange to be attached to a hose after the fitting has been crimped on, making Code 61 and Code 62 hydraulic connections easier to assemble. The one-piece full flange connection is held in place by a high-tensile stainless steel retaining ring. Once the flange engages the ring, it holds, improving installation to the port. Bent tube installation also is aided since the flange can freely rotate. With the system, users can route hoses through tight spaces where attached flange end assemblies would not fit. Other features include a repeated use option and a single fitting for reduced inventory. Full flange kits include a seal, retaining ring, flange, and four socket head cap screws.
