SVCL and SPCL series solenoid-operated on/off proportional cartridge valves with integral piloting or load-signaling from HydraForce offer a compact solution for directional control and load-holding applications. Products are available in a 10-size version, using a VC10-3 cavity profile with a modified pre-drill. Rated flow is 15 gal/min (57 L/min) at 175 psi (12 bar) differential for SVCL and at 225 psi (15.5 bar) differential for SPCL. Other sizes in development will allow a flow range capability up to 40 gal/min (151 L/min). Rated operating pressure is 3625 psi (250 bar), while the load-holding port is capable of 5000 psi (345 bar) maximum pressure and is qualified to 4:1 burst pressure. The SVCL valves use HydraForce D-Series and E-series coils with various connector options for harsh mobile machinery applications.
