Jet Edge’s 50-hp, 90,000-psi X-Stream xP90-50 waterjet intensifier pump achieves faster waterjet cutting speeds and lower operating costs compared to traditional 60,000-psi waterjet pumps, resulting in increased productivity and reduced part costs. The system produces 50% more pressure than a 60,000-psi waterjet intensifier pump, creating a 40-50% increase in productivity for many materials, requiring 30% less wate­r and up to 50% less abrasive. The system supports a 75,000-psi continuous operating pressure, at which it produces flow rates of 0.7 gpm and supports up to a 0.011-in orifice.­
