The hermetically sealed version of Omegadyne’s MM Series micromachined silicon pressure transducers features all welded stainless steel construction, 316 wetted parts, and glass-to-metal seals at the electrical outlets. The unit is designed for use on automotive and aircraft test platforms and for applications where environmental concerns demand durable characteristics. The sealed MMA500V Series has a micromachined silicon core that provides high accuracy, low drift, and good long-term stability in harsh environments. The transducer ranges from 100 to 5000 psi (7 to 345 bar), with accuracies from 0.08 to 0.03%.
