Spectrum Sensors and Controls’ rotary arc element segments feature several different linear and nonlinear tapers, taps, and electrical angles of 340° and 350°. These potentiometer element segments are small in size and deliver high reliability, long life, and good output smoothness, according to the company. They have a resistance range of 1 k ohm to 20 k ohm ±10%, essentially infinite resolution, a rotational life of 50 million cycles, and an outside diameter range of 0.702-1.805 in. They are suited for military/aerospace and industrial valve applications.
