MMT­ is an applied R&D company specializing in the development of electromagnetic circuits for Hall-effect position sensors, electric motors, ­and direct drive actuators. The firm applies for patents and sells know-how licenses. Two examples of its technology are actuators and sensors for exhaust gas recirculation and BLDC motors for electrically driven water and fuel pumps. Other applications for diesel engines include a variable geometry turbo actuator, throttle and bypass valve actuator, cam and crankshaft position sensor, and actuators and sensors for valves.
