EPALLOY 8370 A85 from CVC Thermoset Specialties is an epoxy phenol novolac resin supplied at 85% solids in acetone; the product maintains performance at higher temperatures, which is a critical feature for electrical components that have evolved to higher performance at a smaller physical size. The resin provides high functionality and maximum Tg. Applications include prepreg, filament winding, printed circuit board, potting, encapsulation, coating, and laminations where high performance at elevated temperature is required. It is compatible with all standard curing agents and most other resins and resin modifiers.
