Innovative Pressure Technologies' floating ball valves feature a two-way floating ball design to deliver cost-effective, reliable operation in most on-off process applications up to 10,000 psi. Adjustable packin­g and a blowout-resistant stem with stem bearing promise high cycle life and low-torque operation. Independently adjustable spring-loaded seats provide long valve life and repeatable, leak-tight performance in critical service process isolation, sour gas, hydraulic process fluid, and automated service with actuator applications. Typical materials of construction include 316 cold-worked stainless steel, glass-filled Teflon packing, glass-filled PEEK seats and Viton seals, with other materials available upon request.
