Binder-USA's M8 field-attachable connectors have an option of solder termination for both metal and plastic versions. The connectors include a full plastic contact body design and are suited for automation sensor applications. They come with three and four gold-plated contacts. When properly mated, the mated pair is IP67 rated, protecting the connection from ingress of liquids and debris. The cross wire section is enlarged from 0.25 mm2 to 0.34 mm2 to accommodate cables with larger wire sizes. Shielding options provide protection against EMI.
