UV-A lamp for NDT inspection

The Spectroline Tritan 365 from Spectronics is an ultra-high-intensity, multi-LED, broad-beam UV-A inspection lamp suited for nondestructive testing applications. The unit features three ultra-hi-flux UV-A LEDs for NDT inspection plus a white light LED to illuminate dark areas. It produces a nominal steady-state 365 nm intensity of 5500 µW/cm2 at a distance of 15 in. The lamp meets MIL and ASTM intensity specs for FPI and MPI. It is compact and weighs 16 oz. A three-way rocker switch enables easy control of the light sources, and a lightweight, angled lamp body ensures fatigue-free inspections.
