The GD6000 notebook by General Dynamics Itronix is offered for rugged environments in trucks, patrol cars, utility vans, or other on-road vehicles and features high-performance computing and secure wireless-network connectivity. The durable unit offers a 13.3 in (338 mm) touch-screen display with improved viewing in direct sunlight. Other features include complex application support; up to 4 GB memory; dual task lights and an optional white keyboard for low-light working conditions; quick-launch buttons for emergency applications; a spill-resistant keyboard; lightweight, ergonomic design; integrated GPS; and a shock mounted hard drive and display.
