The IntelliStickTS threaded sensor from IntelliStick monitors for water, coolant, and fuel intrusion and reports oil condition in remote or local portable and stationary equipment. The system includes an RS232 communications package with data connection to a PC or telemetry device such as a Windows-based Bluetooth-enabled PDA, cell phone, or laptop. The sensor enables condition-based oil monitoring in engines, gearboxes, turbines, and compressors and is suitable for heavy-duty fleet, independent trucking, and individual passenger vehicles. IntelliStickTS helps reduce the risk of catastrophic failure through the early detection of water, coolant, and fuel intrusion as well as through inline scanning of additive package conditions and oxidation/acid buildup in the oil.
