Novotechnik’s MAP 4000 Series’ features include programmable input selection and mathematical functions as well as up to four limit switches and analog outputs, and it can perform up to 40 measurements/sec. The Series’ limit switches are programmable and operate via relays. Multifunctional inputs are also programmable for potentiometers, dc voltage, current/voltage, resistance, and temperature sensors. Operated either by five buttons on the front panel or remotely via serial interfaces, the MAP 4000 provides a measurement range from -99,999 to +999,999, with an accuracy of 0.1% +1 digit of full scale. Two programming levels are available: a code-protected configuration menu and a user menu to prevent end-user errors.
