TruDisk lasers from Trumpf feature up to 16 kW of power and a Beam Parameter Product of 2 to 8 mm-mrad. The units maintain beam quality regardless of power increases, resulting in a scalable design. Integrated power sensors and real-time power feedback control enable continuous, steady, and reliable power at the workpiece. A modular design allows individual diodes and laser components to be serviced on-site. Greater access to fiber-optic cables enables service to be conducted while the laser is in operation, thus permitting parallel fibers to maintain production without interruption. The design also allows laser power upgrades with additional diodes.
