Heyco offers a line of Snap-In Bumpers for through-hole protection, designed to fit standard mounting hole sizes of 0.312 in (7.9 mm). The bumpers can be used on a maximum panel thickness of 0.187 in (4.75 mm) and are available in three base heights of 0.187, 0.250, and 0.375 in (4.75, 6.35, and 9.525 mm). Black Ethylene Propylene Dimonomer rubber with 6/6 nylon bushings improves hold versus adhesive-backed or screw/rivet bumpers. The Snap-In line is skid- and scratch-resistant, suitable for metal or plastic panels, and is designed to fit snugly as well as providing mechanical support when used as a mounting foot for electronic enclosures.
