Rubber Industries offers custom rubber-to-metal bonding for pump impellers, diaphragms, bellows, seals, and gaskets used in various heavy-duty fluid applications. Designed to handle high pressures, temperature extremes, and harsh environmental conditions, pump impellers and parts have chemically bonded components that ensure a permanent seal of the bonded components. Elastomer materials are bonded to a range of metals including aluminum, brass, steel, and plastic. Specific performance requirements including hardness, fluid resistance, abrasion resistance, shrinkage, elongation, and modulus can be addressed.
