The Nissin MAX i-Series Machining Centers from SNK America feature a large work envelope, access to five sides of a part, and part completion in just one setup for reduced labor and production time. The trunnion mounting provides superior machining stability and accuracy, as well as enhanced contouring capabilities. The table supports payload and cutting force at both ends of the trunnion. Massive cast iron frames with a honeycomb design and bridge-type construction contribute to the centers' rigidity and precision, even during heavy high-speed cutting. A Fanuc direct-drive motor drives both rotary and tilting axes.
