The Triflex RS from igus GmbH is a universal module developed for applications in cramped conditions. The multi-axis device is guided parallel and close to the robot arm, preventing a loop from forming or cables from becoming strained at the robot head. The low-profile module can be mounted directly to existing robotic fastening points. The moving end of the energy chain is attached to the sixth axis with a mounting bracket. The system allows general movements and requires no specific programming.
