PoKeys55T from Saelig is a general-purpose USB board that combines standard keyboard and joystick simulation without requiring complex programming knowledge and without the need to load drivers. PoKeys55T can be used for control as a custom joystick or keyboard, or as a data acquisition board. It provides 55 5-V-tolerant digital I/O lines, 5 x 10-bit analog inputs, and a 10-bit analog output. The I/O inputs can be used as virtual keyboard keys, while the analog inputs can be used as virtual joystick axes. All lines are software controllable, allowing virtual keyboard keys to be assigned separately for both directions. Up to 25 incremental encoders can be connected, and settings can be stored onboard.
