Crystek's CVCO55CC-3901-4101 VCO operates from 3901 to 4101 MHz with a control voltage range of 0.1-16 V. The voltage-controlled oscillator features a typical phase noise of -104 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset and typical output power of +5.0 dBm. It is packaged in a 0.5 in2 SMD package. Input voltage is 8 V, and maximum current consumption is 40 mA. Applications include digital radio equipment, fixed wireless access, satellite communications systems, and base stations.
