Brake, clutch, and transmission plates from Tribco are lined with a 100% Kevlar fiber/polyimide composite friction lining, which lasts three to five times longer than other linings. The lining is suitable for both wet and dry friction applications such as clutches, power transmissions, PTOs, torque converters, synchronizers, and off-road brakes. It takes heavier loads, withstands higher temperatures and pressures to deliver higher torque, is nonabrasive, and won't wear down metal mating surfaces.
