Plasma3 VCP from Enercon provides variable chemistry atmospheric plasma for difficult-to-treat surfaces. The treatment of Plasma3 VCP eliminates the need for priming, batching, and hazardous chemical surface preparation processes. The system is specifically designed for treating sheets, boards, and objects with minimal contour, such as tubing and wire. The powerful yet gentle in-line atmospheric treatment is long-lasting and optimized to clean, etch, and functionalize a wide range of materials that would otherwise be unresponsive. It treats complex surfaces such as polytetrafluoroethylene with a patented plasma delivery technology. The system may be configured with chemistry blends to optimize the effects of treatment for different materials.
