The 318-V from Testo is an inspection scope with video output that features a miniature imaging sensor at the tip of a 42-in (107 cm) flexible shaft with a diameter of 0.4 in (1.0 cm). It is ruggedly constructed to resist most solvents including oil and water. Clear images are transmitted via the shaft to a 2.5-in full-color LCD screen. It is suited for examining hard-to-reach areas normally hidden from sight, such as heat exchangers or ducts.
