Bolt with smart sensor

ViSmart viscosity sensor from SenGenuity, the Sensors and Advanced Packaging division of Vectron International, is available packaged as a threaded bolt. The bolt comes in 0.5-in (13-mm) NPT or 0.5-in BPT thread configurations and is equipped with a smart sensor interface. It provides for easy installation and seamless integration into a variety of embedded applications, including host control platforms. The unit provides instantaneous sample and/or continuous, real-time, in-process viscosity measurements for embedded, inline environments requiring high resolution and accuracy in low- to mid-range viscosity fluids.
