Bosch Rexroth’s latest valve size in its range of modular directional valves was designed for workflows between 0 to 25 L/min (0 to 6.6 gal/min) and for working pressures of up to 310 bar (4500 psi). The compact valves avoid sub-plates, are zinc plated for the harsh working environments inherent in mobile machines, and can be tailored to workflow requirements. Their modularity allows for an expansion in the number of sections if more functions are required. Individual sections are available in different size options within one common interface, and the modular valve design provides for sections with integrated load sensing as well as other integrated functions including check, relief, and counterbalance valves; flow regulators; emergency hand levers; and emergency hand pumps. A variety of portings and coil connections also are available.
