Sealant Equipment’s 2600-041 Series is designed for fast and clean shut-off of thixotropic and cohesive materials such as viscous silicones, epoxies, and urethanes. The design incorporates the Snuf-Bak action of fluid materials in a compact KISS Series valve body. Suction action is provided when the valve closes to eliminate or reduce strings and fluid drips. The Snuf-Bak dispense valve is 1.5 in square and 3.5 in long and is rated for 4000 psi. The valve is double air actuated for a four-way pneumatic valve connection, and it accepts a wide variety of nozzles. The unit may be mounted to robot tooling, automation fixtures, or available manual handle assemblies.
